The SITE Canada ICE awards were developed to complement the SITE Crystal Awards program, founded in 1980. The Global SITE Crystal Awards program has served as a benchmark for excellence in travel incentive programs. This awards program is also regarded as the highest honour in the motivational events and incentive travel industry.
In 2020, SITE Canada launched its newest category for Virtual Excellence, introducing the ICE (Incentive Creative Excellence) award. This award recognizes creative and impactful virtual, hybrid, or broadcast initiatives, within the industry.
