    Communiqué was tasked with planning and executing an unforgettable three-night incentive in trip in December anywhere warm in North America for our client’s top 20 customers. Faced with a short lead time and the prerequisite for direct flights from western Canada, Scottsdale, AZ was the perfect choice for this incentive as it’s a destination Communiqué has a long history planning events in.

    The Win
    The carefully curated itinerary, including two rounds of golf at prestigious courses, meals at the best restaurants in Old Town and a private box experience at an Arizona Coyotes game, created a memorable and rewarding experience for the top customers. The event fostered stronger business connections, motivated customers to continue their loyalty and generated positive outcomes. The incentive trip to Scottsdale exceeded our client’s expectations and achieved its objectives. The event rewarded customer loyalty, strengthened business relationships and created lasting memories for the top 20 customers.

  • Overview
    Out clients entrusted our team to execute their National Business Meeting in Whistler, British Columbia—their first in-person gathering since the pandemic. We managed all aspects of the 400-person program, including registration, accommodation, transportation, activities, dine-arounds, event production, entertainment, and onsite support. Despite challenges including unpredictable weather, a two-hour airport transfer, and peak-season logistics, our meticulous planning and relationship with local partners ensured a seamless and memorable attendee experience.

  • Overview
    Our client hosted a unique incentive program for 50 attendees from across Canada, in Waikiki, Hawaii.   With the evolution of incentive travel, Communiqué wanted to provide attendees with a unique experience. This incentive program was designed to excite and reward existing clients for their ongoing business in an adventurous way. The program allowed attendees the opportunity to experience both relaxation and exploration, while they enjoyed the many unique experiences and adventures that Waikiki has to offer.

    Approach
    Attendees experienced Oahu, with a traditional Hawaiian Luau, enjoying the iconic Waikiki beach, snorkeling and a catamaran trip, tasting local beer and spirits, touring a secret island, and exploring a local ranch filled with jungle adventures, movie site tours, horseback riding, ziplining and more. The week culminated with an evening under the stars and an outstanding firework display.

  • Overview
    Our client’s annual Seminar is an annual event that is a powerful and transformative gathering, bringing together independent beauty consultants, sales directors, and executives from across the country. This event was virtual for  3 years and 2023 was the first opportunity to bring everyone back together live. The ask was to create a shortened program (over 2 days) that reflected where the brand currently is, to be fiscally responsible and efficient, curate an Awards Ceremony and Business Session that fosters excitement and reward and recognition and design a space for their tradeshow.

    Approach
    Communiqué worked collaboratively with our clients to understand what was important to them and make smart recommendations on ways that we could deliver on those asks. We recommended options and solutions that still felt elevated, leveraged our existing partnerships and relationships and used our buying power to negotiate the most value for our clients.

    Communiqué supported our clients to deliver on its goal of creating a celebration of the community's shared values, achievements, and aspirations. The 2023 Seminar executed over a 2 day program with over 1000 attendees that left feeling inspired, enriched, and elevated.

  • Overview
    Our client’s approached our team to coordinate two back-to-back training and hospitality programs in Toronto. The scope of the request included managing airfare, hotel accommodations, VIP access to a major sporting event, transportation, equipment rentals, and exclusive dinner reservations. Adding complexity, the programs coincided with a city-wide conference, presenting significant logistical challenges. With only a two-week lead time to secure availability and just two business days to execute once we received approvals; our team seamlessly managed this while concurrently overseeing another local program.
